Payment Options

One of the most meaningful advantages of Smartdiamond.com is you don’t have to worry about paying for a diamond until you have seen it and are assured that it is the right diamond for you.

Once you have decided on your diamond it can be paid for with Visa, MC, Amex, Discover or with financing. And for a small fee you can even apply for up to 12 months no payment no interest financing through Alaska Federal Credit Union (OAC).

Shipping and insurance

All shipping and insurance costs will be paid by E.E. Robbins on your first diamond. If you choose to see additional diamonds, shipping and insurance will be charged based on the diamonds value and insurance costs, with a minimum of $55 and a maximum of $150 for each additional diamond.

Return policy

Even after you have selected the perfect diamond, you’ll still enjoy the security of our no hassle 15 day return policy. We want you to be assured that even if the love of your life decides they want something a little different than what you selected, you have 15 days to return or exchange it.
