Select Your Diamond

You start by using the Smartdiamond.com search system to find the diamond you are most interested in. You can choose from over 50,000 diamonds to find the one that best suits your taste and your budget.

Select the Location

The diamond that you select is reserved for you and sent to the E.E. Robbins store that you choose as the most convenient location. You never have to worry about the diamond being shipped to your home or business, pre-paying for a diamond, or ruining the surprise because someone else sees the box!

SmartDiamond.com will cover the shipping and insurance on your first diamond, even if you don’t purchase it. Once your diamond arrives at the store, an E.E. Robbins Certified Diamontologist will call you to confirm a convenient appointment time, often within 48 hours.

Please be sure to provide “safe” contact information so no surprises are ruined!

All we ask is that you schedule and follow through on your appointment within one week of selecting your diamond.

See your Diamond

Once you arrive for your scheduled appointment a Certified Diamontologist will guide you through all the important aspects of buying a diamond, showing you your diamond under a gemological microscope and in the same lighting that professional Diamond buyers and appraisers use.

You can also see the diamond that you’ve selected and compare it to other diamonds side by side before spending a penny.

If you like the diamond, you can pay for it with a variety of different options including check, credit card or financing. If you don’t like the diamond, or any others that you have compared it to, no problem.

There is never any pressure or risk whatsoever.
